Following the Still Small Voice Inside

It began with a thought that entered my mind and heart while standing in the kitchen.  I tried to say "no" and list all of the reasons why it wouldn't be wise to lead a bunch of women in a creative experience like this. The gentle whispers from within wouldn't go away. I surrendered after many moments of resistance. I put it out there in social media world...the invitation for any female who would want to create HerStory with me.  Fourteen women excitedly said they wanted to. "Huh, well, I guess we have a 'thing' then! Ok, Let's Do This!" The rest is HerStory! This is year three and now we are up to 207 participants total, 12 States, and 5 Countries. We have a fun way to connect, an opportunity to learn and grow, a space to face fears and be courageous, and a family of strangers that become friends through authenticity, love, and kindness.  It's about connection.
